In this program, I’ve structured everything based around an 8 Week Challenge period. This does two things:

1. Allows you to aim for and achieve results within a realistic time frame.
2. Creates extra motivation during a set period of focused training.

Why 8 weeks? Personally, using the exercises you're about to see, I started seeing results after 2-3 weeks. After 8 weeks, I was amazed by my results. Excluding travel time away from home or illness, a solid 8 weeks of training is the perfect time period to notice serious results.

This program is gym-based, however, with the purchase of only a couple extra weights and basic equipment, I was able to complete a full week of all workouts at home safely and efficiently.
